At Post Office by Shannon Passero, we want you to love your curated pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 14 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team or visit our retail boutique to request a Return Authorization and confirm your item's eligibility.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the original receipt is included.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix your prepaid shipping label to the parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or bring it directly to our storefront.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
